These classes focus on martial arts drills, skills and thrills. Our contact level gives you a gauge to understanding the intensity of the risks level associated with each class based on the intensity. 1 meaning there is no need for protective equipment just proper training gear. 2 means protective equipment required. 3 means you need coaches assessment of abilities and approval along with proper gear and protective equipment.
13 weeks. Learn the fitness of MMA each week. Striking with hands, feet, elbows, and knees. Evasion and defensive movements. Clinch, takedown and throw movements. Ground movements and movements. Jiu Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. BJJ promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themself against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat opponent. Sparring and live drilling plays a major role in training. Dark matter is mysterious and invisible but the affects can be experienced
Muay Thai is a martial art and full contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "Art of 8 limbs", as it is characterized by the combined use of 2 fists, 2 elbows, 2 knees and 2 shins. There are 88 defined constellations in the night sky thus the name for our Muay Thai class.
Our collision class is full contact sparring. Controlled and coached with the goal to improve your skill sets under a higher level of pressure and opposition. Meteor is the close range, asteroid is the mid range and comet is the long range. You do NOT need to be a competitor nor feel confident in your abilities but a coach must feel confident that you can do so with control and enough skills to protect yourself from making foolish or dangerous steps to yourself or your teammates.

The exercises in this class correlate weekly to the mobility stability and agility to better accomplish the combo or skillsets focus in the Cosmic MMA class. Example if we are playing with bodykicks in Cosmic MMA then inertia would have exercises that work around the hip or knee joint.
Limited small group size where coach goes more indepth in either guiding or answers questions within your progam. 3SoVita members are allowed 3 of these per month.
Rotation. Focused on core exercises. Abs, Spine, rotary cuff, and hip socket. The joint that rotate and stabliize.
Budokan yoga. Vinyassa. Hatha. Breathing. All mixed in to keep your muscles challenged and your mind relaxed through strain and yoga flows.
