Cosmic MMA

Learn the fitness of MMA each week. Striking with hands, feet, elbows, and knees. Evasion, defensive and ground movements. Learn all the moves without the hard contact. Gain the physical attributes and movement abilities of a fighter.


This class coordinates with the Cosmic MMA class and includes mobility, strength, and power workouts and centers around joint and muscle structure.

Fun Fit Fast

These group classes are fast paced and really get your heart rate up! Current offerings include Pound, Spicy Boxing, and a Tabata style Bootcamp.

3soteric Training Camp

Fighters typically go through a fight camp when preparing for their competition. At 3soteric we approach training as everyone has their own fight. A few are in a ring or cage but for most, it’s just fighting off those 10 extra pounds or achieving that next fitness goal. Our training camps are written out for you just like a fighter would with the goal at the end making sure you win your fight whatever it may be.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces.
Based on simple principles, this reality-based system is designed to teach effective
self-defense in the shortest possible time. Learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and strikes as well as more serious threats. The instructors at Krav Maga Minnesota teach people how to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent, encounter.


Grappling for self defense and for MMA. Uses Gracie Jiu-Jitsu combatives as the introduction and foundation, then adds various other grappling techniques and styles. Taught in a safe and structured way to increase your learning curve.

Contact Sparring

Not just for competitors, sparring classes are split into the three main distances to work from: long, mid, and close range. Though a mouthguard is required, we progress and use a lot of timing or light sparring to progress your skills up to real-time speed. Enlighten your the skills you learn on classes by putting them into the thrill of actual use.


Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath.



Our program is centered and developed first around developing good healthy skills and habits. Building a stronger mind, body, and character through fitness and nutrition. Learning the basics of striking and grappling of mixed martial arts in a class environment that teaches kids pankration under the USFL rules. The yoga keeps young minds and bodies healthy. Each week focuses on a critical thinking skill to learn about and put into practice in class and build into their growing character.
